What an Automatenstore is

An Automatenstore is a row of vending machines joined into a single unit by a closed enclosure. Instead of separate machines standing side by side, you get one continuous illuminated front with a shared payment terminal. Cabling, technology and rear panels disappear behind the cladding, the installation can be printed with your logo and is weatherproof outdoors. For operators that means an unmanned point of sale that is open around the clock, with no staffing costs and no fixed opening hours.

The modules in the Automatenstore

All modules come from SandenVendo. Each one sells something different; together they form a continuous illuminated front – from ice cream to a parcel ready for collection.

Benefits for operators

Revenue outside opening hours

The Automatenstore sells during the hours when your space would otherwise earn nothing – at night, on Sundays and on public holidays.

Installation included, not a kit

We deliver, assemble and commission. You get a finished, running installation – not boxes with instructions.

Your brand on the front

Illuminated toppers and side panels are printed with your logo and imagery. The installation looks like part of your business, not like someone else's machine.

Weatherproof and burglary-resistant

The enclosure protects technology and goods outdoors and conceals cables, gaps and rear panels.

Remote monitoring instead of check-up trips

Stock levels, temperature and faults are reported live. Restocking happens before a slot runs empty.

Everything from one supplier

Planning, installation, payment system, maintenance and spare parts all come from us – one contact for the entire installation.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often on the phone.

What does an Automatenstore cost?
Leasing starts at € 199 net per month over a 60-month term as a full payout agreement, subject to a credit check by our leasing partner. The actual instalment depends on the number of modules, equipment and branding. Purchase is also possible – we prepare a quote based on your configuration.
What is included in the price?
Delivery, installation, connection and commissioning, including setting up the payment system. You receive a fully running installation, not a kit. Restocking and ongoing maintenance are handled through a separate service contract – or you take care of them yourself.
What power supply do I need?
All modules run on 230/240 V, 50/60 Hz – standard household alternating current, no three-phase supply. Power consumption differs per module: G-Frozen 750 W, G-Drink 370 W, G-Snack 350 W, MMV terminal and G-Locker 50 W each. A typical installation with four modules and a terminal draws around 1,570 W. Whether one circuit is enough or several are needed is checked during the site survey.
Do I need a permit?
That depends on the location. On your own premises and within an existing commercial use, usually nothing further is required; installation in public space, advertising installations or certain local development plans may require a permit. During the site survey we tell you what to look out for – binding information comes from your local authority.
How is the installation protected against vandalism?
The enclosure closes the machines off at the sides and top, conceals technology and rear panels and reduces points of attack. No installation can offer complete protection – please clarify insurance cover through your business or contents policy.
What happens if there is a fault at night?
Stock levels, temperature and faults are reported by remote monitoring. With a technical or full service contract we respond within an agreed time. Without a contract, call-outs are charged by time and material.
Can I sell alcohol or tobacco?
In principle yes, but youth protection rules require age verification at the machine for these goods. We set up the corresponding release via the terminal. Which product groups are permitted at your location is clarified together beforehand.
How long does it take until commissioning?
Usually four to eight weeks from order, depending on specification, branding and the existing power supply.
Can I expand later?
Yes. The Automatenstore is modular, so further modules can be added without replacing the existing front. It makes sense to allow for the space and power supply already at the planning stage.
Who handles purchasing the products?
With full service we handle purchasing and restocking entirely. With technical service and self-operation you purchase and restock yourself – we advise on the product range so the slots match the footfall at the location.
